Have you heard all the benefits of ginger tea? Ginger has been renown as an age old remedy for its anti inflammatory healing properties. It is great for nausea too! Add some lemon, and now you have a natural fat burner, digestion aid, detox, extra vitamins and flavor.
What about raw apple cider vinegar and water? My husband says his Czech roots have been doing it for ages! It is a natural detox, digestion aid, antibiotic, antiviral and anti fungal. Add some raw honey for flavor and antimicrobial properties.
So what happens when we mix all of these together? You get a supercharged, super potent elixir!
Here’s what you’ll need:
8oz Hot water
1 Tea bag (any kind, but I love it with herbal blueberry)
1-2T Raw honey
1 slice of ginger
1 slice of lemon
1 T raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar
Steep your tea bag with the ginger and lemon for 3-5 minutes. Remove. Add your honey to taste and your ACV.
Drink right away in the morning and wait 15 minutes before eating for best results.
