Dinner time!

What’s on your menu? Need to fill some gaps? Check out these dinners for some ideas:

Sunday: Meaty Lasagna with hidden veggies (add shredded carrots and chopped spinach to the sauce or your layers), garlic toast and fruit salad

Monday: BLT’s on hoagies, baked beans, peaches 

Tuesday: Chicken & Cheese Quesadillas, with pico de gallo and peaches

Wednesday: French Toast, scrambled eggs, sliced strawberries and bananas 

Thursday: Bbq Chicken,  cornbread, steamed broccoli, fruit salad

Friday: Clean Chicken Strips, baked fries, steamed mixed veggies, applesauce

Saturday: Loaded Chicken Salad (marinate chicken in the morning or the night before, I usually marinate in balsamic or Italian salad dressing), mixed fresh fruit-pineapple, strawberries, banana

I am most excited for carb Sunday! Pasta nights are my absolute favorite!!! Oh and garlic bread, yuuuuuuuum!!!
